- Materials: A layer of quick recovery convoluted foam for added ventilation, Tri-Tech memory foam for a more conforming night sleep, foam encased edge support adds 10-percent more usable sleep surface and base layer of a high density support foam, 2-inch foam-encased PureGel infused memory foam w/ PureGel Spheres, 2-inches Quick Recover foam, 2 inches Tri Tech Memory Foam and 6 inches high density polyurethane base foam.

Disappointed
Lesson learned! I will never again try to order a mattress over the internet. This mattress gives me a backache! My old mattress had much more support, but lacked the stops "motion transfer" feature. In other words, when my husband turned over (this is a king size), it felt like I was on a roller coaster ride, but the mattress itself was great. The new Purelife mattress is supposed do away with "transfer motion" and that is why we bought it. The mattress is ungodly heavy and difficult to manuver up the stairs and around corners. You really need 3 or 4 guys. It does NOT eliminate transfer motion. It does limit it somewhat. I only weigh 120 and I sink down into it, so my lower spine kills me the next day. I cannot return this mattress and luckily I saved the old one. I perhaps chose the wrong brand or style for us. What a waste of our money!! When you sit on the edge of the bed, it sinks down and you practically slide off.
