I've been using this product for 9 months so I feel qualified for this review. This is a great showerhead! First of all it's beautiful! It's also very functionable. The handheld is easy to adjust up and down on the bar, as well as back and forth so it shoots either further out or more downward. The length of the hose is phenomenal! The soap dish is very handy and adjusts easily. The number of water settings is great. It has only two issues that stopped me from giving it 5 stars. The first is the water saver feature that I'm sure is inside somewhere. I know I have a lot of water pleasure in that bathroom and I wish the water came out a little harder, especially from the rain shower head. On the handheld, the tighter the water setting that you choose, of course the harder it comes out. But I like the hand held in place, angled out and on the full head setting. Because of the water saving feature it doesn't shoot out very far and I have to stand very close to be in the water. This is just my personal opinion and would not stop me from buying this again if I needed to. The other issue is random water coming out of the rain head. Not sure how this happens but obviously water is slipping by whatever is inside stopping the flow when you turn it off, but at a very, very slow rate. Hours after a shower and after so much slipping by, a rather large amount will just come out of the head. This continues periodically always. I wouldn't say that it is so much that I'm increasing my water usage by gallons, but it's enough that my shower floor never really gets to be fully dry. This didn't happen immediately, but within about two months of using it. It doesn't seem to be getting worse, but of course it is a problem that won't fix on it's own. That is definitely a drawback that someone should know before they purchase it.

    Needed some tweeking. Had to remove water saver supressors in both heads and in diverter inorder to get a strong water pressure. Also to reduce whining sound of water. Otherwise, now its great. Nice handheld piece and great rain showerehead. Easy to move up down with release button for kids.

  • Not the quality we hoped for

    This unit has a faulty control for the handheld unit..it works occasionally, not all of the time. When it is not working, the unit has only half pressure, a and continues to run from the shower head. Also, the showerhead seeps from the ball joint above. It seems the gasket is split in order to install it at the factory, and that is the seep. We thought the quality would be much higher for the price, and, unfortunately, can't return it because we have misplaced the paperwork. Very disappointing. We will not be buying this brand again.

    The water pressure is light, however you can take off a restrictor to help with that. Also, the larger head can leak at times. The large waterfall head is amazing, and the overall functionality of the unit is great. Customer service for the company is awesome and helped me out tremendously when I had to call. Good unit, and I have two.
