Easy
I just put this frame together in about 1.5 hours, The instructions were hard to follow, but putting it together was fairly self explanatory. I had all the parts I needed, plus more. The mahogany finish is exactly as pictured. It is pretty easy to convert from sofa to bed to sofa. It's not the best quality, but for the price this will work perfectly for guests.

Frame hardware is poor quality
The left and right hinges were very poor quality. After assembly, the hinges bent when raising and lowering the bed. I had to reform them in a bench vise and remove the springs to get them to work.

Poor instructions, had to fight some hex screws into their holes. Wood and Metal instructions combined on same piece of paper. Could be documented better. Mechanism works fine.

Terrible
The frame of the futon bent when more than 1 average size person sat on it. The mattress wouldn't even stay on the futon frame it would slide down until iI was basically on the floor. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who wants to use it as more than just a bed. TERRIBLE.
