Everytime I go to the grocery store, I look at stuff that I can buy in order to COOK it in my pressure cooker, cause I seriously don't even care to cook in any other way.I've made BBQ Beef Ribs, BBQ Short Ribs, Turkey Cutlets, Turkey Roulade with Stuffing, Stuffed Bell Peppers and Rice, Braised Lemon Chicken, Sweet & Spicy Chicken and my all time favorite *drum roll pls* CHICKEN MARSALA!!!I have never even used a pressure cooker before cause I was always scared, thinking I'm going to blow up my house. But this appliance is absolutely so easy to use and does everything for you. It's also portable! I've carried it off to my friend's house to cook her some short ribs at a dinner party and everyone was just amazed at the machine and the food result. I'm going to be buying two more for Christmas presents this year. Hope they have them in stock!
