I bake cookies a lot, especially around this time of year...but year round. I have been using parchment paper and/or just spraying the cookie sheet with Pam. I finally saw these on Overstock.com and bought them and I do not know how I ever baked without them! So easy! No more Pam! Just wipe them off with a damp cloth when done, dry with a paper towel...then I roll them back up and store them in a paper bag together to keep dust off of them. Great for roasting vegetables or french fries...anything you use a baking sheet for. Do not fear buying these if you are a first timer! I did and, as I said earlier, I do not know how I ever baked without them!

Cookies slide off after baking, no grease needed. Works best with the air-type cookie sheet durung baking since theses are flexible.

Silicone mats are the last word (so far) in stopping cookies from sticking to pans, we love them :)

I bought 2 of these. They arrived via US mail, quickly. The baking mats work wonderfully. I used them to bake cookies and was very impressed by how well the cookies came off the cookie sheets. They clean up easily with a damp cloth. I would recommend these without hesitation.

I am disappointed in the product. I made 2 types of cookies and they both came out flat. The baking pad seems like good quality, but the truth is in the product you bake and I was unhappy with them.

These mats are great for baking cookies, and anything else you want to bake evenly without sticking. You can get them anywhere, but after much searching, Overstock was offering them for the lowest price. Fast shipping, too.

I never had one of these before and really like it. The mat cleans up easily and you can just roll it up and slip it into a cabinet.

A good non stick surface, easy clean up. for a half sheet pan it is a little small in the corners

I used parchment paper for sooooo many years! Think of all the money I wasted! Wish I had bought this years ago. Don't hesitate to try the mat...it is wonderful!

I am a tree hugger and always looking for things to cut back the use of trash. I love these baking sheets compared to foil. The performance is excellent and the food just slips right off and no waste! They wash up easily as well. I gave all of the ones I ordered as gifts and everyone seemed to love them. Unlike one reviewer stated, mine most certainly came with care and use instructions. The instructions where very clear and concise on how to use these.
