I bought it in Nov, used it in April and tried to use it again in July - tried. I didn't work. The off button kept flashing off. Maybe I got the one defective model? But, I need my blender to work when I have a BBQ. I will replace with a different model. However, it was a perfect size for making margaritas; nice glass container. It chopped ice terrifically. Nice texture. Fast. But, the lid is not designed to seal. Odd. It didn't fly off during mixing but it's also not made for pouring (it would fly off). The variety of functions is slim for the price. And the on/off control when it did work was awkward. During my second party when it stopped working, I pressed that touch button many times to the point of actually wearing out the pad. That is poor design. I'll try to buy one with a switch this time.
