The good part - it makes a decent cup of coffee. The bad parts - the cup measurements are written on the wrong side of the carafe if you are right handed; the carafe drips all over the counter when pouring; the carafe handle is hollow, so when you get it out of the dishwasher, the handle is full of water - ready to spill everywhere; when the lidded carafe is placed properly on the hot plate, it pushes the part holding the coffee grounds up, so the coffee maker top has to be pushed hard to shut it - otherwise you have coffee being made all over the counter instead of into the carafe. I intend to replace it ASAP.
