Don't waste your time!
Don't waste your time on this faucet. It arrived yesterday and felt like a quality product and looked exactly like the photo. However, after installing we realized the handle flipped DOWN instead of UP to turn the water on. This resulted in the handle hitting the top of the spout. I couldn't believe Price Pfister would create a product with a design flaw like this. After examining the manual we realized the faucet was defective. The handle is supposed to flip up. In addition to the handle issue the faucet also had a slow drip. No wonder this faucet was only $xx The old saying of "you get what you pay for" holds true in this situation. Will be returning today. Huge disappointment.

Beauty & Quality!!
When I purchased this faucet, I wanted to finally have really excellent quality in an item used so many times a day. This is NOT a place to cut corners, so I got the Price-Pfister faucet for its reputation. The first time I used it, I knew I'd hot a home run. It turns on and off very easily and has the feel of quality, of something meant to last and work well all the while. I am very pleased and could not be moreso!
