When I purchased this, the discription should have been more accurate. I thought that this would connect to my existing shower head and hook on to so that it would be hands free. However, when I received it I then realized that this has to be hand held or the accompanying holder had to be screwed into the wall, thus eliminating my main shower head. I didn't want to ruin my tile by drilling it. I did go to my local hardware store and found an adapter that allowed me to use my previous shower head, which I loved, and also hang this shower head next to it. I could also switch between my original shower head and the hand held one or use both together. This made the shower more efficient and I can now use the hand held for myself or to clean the shower.

Very cheap and plastic-y for something so expensive

I love it. The price can't be beat. It looks great!!
