If you are considering this at all buy it. I can't believe more bathrooms don't have these. This faucet makes it incredibly easy to rinse after shaving or washing my face or even washing my hair. The only reason you would not want one is if you had a really small bathroom sink, then it might splash around too muchl

Bought this faucet in 2004 at the big box store and loved them. Bought a new house and wanted to replace the existing faucets with this faucet. Found them to be 3 1/2 times more in price in 2010 at the big box store as a special order item. The swivel head and pull out spray head noozle are great features especially when cleaning the sink. Will be buying them again for the guest bathroom. Overstock.com sent them promptly and they are installed and am pleased with them again.

These are great faucets easy to install and all parts you need for standard installation or replacement of old faucets You will need to buy some plumbers putty for sink drain between bowl and top part of drain. BUT BEWARE IF YOUR SINK HAS A BUILT IN BACK SPLASH WHICH IS PART OF YOUR MOLDED SINK WHICH MINE HAS IT IS ABOUT 4 INCHES HIGH ON BACK EDGE OF SINK. IT MAKES THE ROD WHICH CONTROLS YOUR SINK STOPPER VERY HARD TO WORK BECAUSE IT HAS VERY LITTLE CLEARANCE BETWEEN FAUCET AND BACK SPLASH HARD FOR CHILDREN OR MEN WITH LARGE HANDS TO OPERATE TO OPEN AND CLOSE STOPPER. YOU MUST BEND ROD TO MAKE THIS OPERATE PROPERLY BE VERY CAREFUL NOT TO BREAK ROD WHILE DOING THIS. But other then that problem this is a beautiful set of faucets. I LOVE THE RETRACTABLE SPRAY HEAD TO CLEAN SINK AFTER SHAVING AND WEEKLY CLEANING.
