We topped with more memory foam, a little to firm for my 19 yo son. Nice product. Comfort not to bad considering we never actually laid on it. Delivery was prompt.Read More
I purchased this mattress for our guest room. My sister said she slept better than she had in years. The mattress arrived on time, rolled up in a box. I opened the package on the bed frame, and the mattress immediately rose to full height, with very little "new mattress odor". Overall, a great investment!Read More
I needed an extra long bed for my growing 14yro Son . He love loves this bed .Read More
This is a very comfortable mattress and I enjoyed sleeping on it last night for the first time. However, it is not 80 inches long - the measurement for extra long twin mattresses. It is about 75 inches long. This means the mattress cover and the sheets and the bedframe are all too long for the mattress. This is a big disappointment.Read More
I was skeptical that a mattress that could be rolled up would actually feel like a real mattress when it was unrolled. But it does, and it's fairly firm. It doesn't feel firm enough that it would last a long time for a full-size person for very long, but it's just fine for our <100 pound daughter. And I think it would be fine for a guest bed. For a 200-pound person every night -- it doesn't seem like it will hold up for very long.Read More
looks can be deceiving. I bought this mattress as suggested by the website. However, it came in a box all rolled up and decompressed. When we took it out and opened it, the mattress unfolded to its shape. When we placed it on the bed frame it is 5 inches too short. I thought we purchased a twin XL mattress. All the info shows that we did. My son needs those extra 5 inches!!!! Now what do I do. It costs more to ship it back and buy another. Don't buy online!Read More
I bought this mattress for my college son's apartment. We had a custom made XL twin bunk bed made for him and his roommate. The mattress quality was better than expected. My only complaint is that the size of the mattress doesn't fill up the allotted space on the bunk frame. There's a gap on the far side. My son says it's reasonably comfortable. We had to put a piece of plywood underneath it at the urging of my friend who sells mattresses. She said that if the base under the mattress is not solid, the memory foam would eventually seep through the slats. We will keep an eye on the comfort level and how well it stands up to wear over time. But the price point is such that if we need to replace it before the end of the school year, we won't be set back too much. Overall, and so far, it's been a good purchase.Read More
I wasn't sure what to expect of a mattress that arrived rolled up, but this mattress flattened out and fluffed up so much that you'd never be able to tell it was rolled up to begin with. It's soft, and firm enough for good support. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.Read More

How to Select a Box Spring
Many people underestimate the importance of a good box spring, but as the foundation of the bed, it can be just as vital to the comfort of your mattress set as the mattress. Before purchasing a box spring, it's necessary to think about size, quality and value, as well as comfort. The right box spring can make or break a mattress purchase, so shop wisely and take the time to select the box spring that's right for your bed. To select a box spring, good research and patient shopping are the keys to success.
There are basically three common types of mattresses used today: spring mattresses, memory foam mattresses, inflatable mattresses and feather beds. Each type has its own benefits. A mattress pad is a less expensive way to add comfort to your bed than purchasing a whole new mattress. With that said, if your mattress is lumpy or saggy, a mattress topper probably won't make much difference. If it is good, though, you have many different choices in material, price, and comfort. Whatever you get, just make sure you purchase the right size for your bed frame. Take a look below to learn more about the best-selling mattresses on the market.

Best Reasons to Have a California King Bed
Similar in size to a standard king bed, a California king bed is four inches longer, allowing a lot of extra room top to bottom. A California king bed measures 72 inches wide and 84 inches long, and a standard king mattress measures 76 inches wide and 80 inches long, so while a California king mattress is four inches longer, it is also about four inches thinner than a standard king bed. Making a decision between the two might be difficult. Ultimately, both are great options, but there are a few conditions that might make a California king size bed the clear choice. Before you pick which king mattress is right for you, here are a few of the best reasons to choose a California king bed.
Best Pillow-top Mattresses for Back Pain
The key to a good night's sleep when you have chronic back pain is as simple as choosing a good pillow-top mattress. Choosing the best mattress involves knowledge of your personal needs and preferences. To get a comfortable night's sleep, start by choosing a pillow-top mattress made from the right materials for you. Next, choose your preferred thickness. Finally, have firm sleep support underneath the cushions of the pillow-top. Below, you'll learn the best pillow-top mattresses for back pain. Choose the materials: Pillow-top mattresses are made from a variety of materials, so choosing the one that is right for you can make all the difference in the world. People with muscle pain should consider down pillow-top mattresses, which provide a cocoon to sleep in. Those with back issues will generally prefer memory foam pillow-top mattresses, which conform to the body and offer consistent support to areas like the lower back. However, it is important to check the manufacturer's information regarding the recommended weight allowances for these types of pillow-tops. Consumers who are heavier than the recommendations may find that the pillow-top cushion compresses in uncomfortable ways, leaving the mattress lumpy. Determine the thickness: Pillow-top mattresses come in a variety of thicknesses, from just 2 inches to 8 or more inches deep. Like choosing the right materials for your pillow-top, choosing the right depth is vital to getting a good night's sleep. Thinner pillow-top mattresses will allow more of the support from the remainder of the mattress to come through and will not develop body indentations as pronounced as those in a deep pillow-top. Pillow-top mattresses that are too soft may fail to provide back support and cause an increase in back pain. However, deep pillow-top mattresses are excellent for customers who suffer from fibromyalgia or other chronic pain. Check the warranty: Just as you would with any other purchases of its size, check the warranty of your pillow-top mattress. Most manufacturers will provide limited, pro-rated replacement warranties for manufacturer's defects, and some will provide a "comfort guarantee." Others may have specific conditions that must be met in order to maintain the warranty, such as having a boxed spring by the same manufacturer. Take note of any special conditions for the warranty and keep the paperwork. View All Mattresses Back to Guides Directory View All Mattresses
