AWESOME GRIDDLE WHEN COOKING FOR LARGE GROUP! We bought this griddle as a gift for our son who cooks pancakes for his 3 teenagers on the weekend. On a smaller pan, he could only cook a few at a time and someone was always waiting. This griddle was a big hit! It cooks evenly and is easy to clean. Also great for grilled cheese sandwiches or whatever else you might want to grill in large amounts.
