  I went through 10 I rings in a day with this p washer. I wouldn't waste my time or money again. I own a pressure washing buis and bought it for stair ways with a surface cleaner..I'll stick to my belt driven 13hp Honda 10-1 over this. It's ok to wash a car or truck..but wouldn't buy for concrete, or house cleaning. Takes to long plus the hose isn't worth a crap. I have used my p washer 5 times and already replaced the hose and fixing to replace the pump with a commercial driven grade.

  We have not power washed the decking yet, due to weather but we used the fan washer and it works great. The wand is light and easy to control. The unit moves easily. It worked very well on the house siding without damaging the siding. Our next project is to clean the facia and gutters with a cleaner.

  I have had two 2200 PSI Karchner pressure washers from Costco. This 2700 PSI has MORE power but I miss the revolving "Dirt Buster" nozzle. I do like that there are no little nozzle heads to get lost, rather you rotate the head for fine-to-wide spray. Why I gave it 4, not 5 stars: I need to call mfg because I opened the box and the engine was connected to the rolling-chassis with only one bolt (other three appear to have come un-welded). Even if they do not offer a solution, I'll figure something out with zip ties (a girls answer to duct tape) because I love this maching that much. Great price. FYI: Yesterday I saw a 3000 PSI pressure washer at Costco for $299...not this brand or Karchner...but I do not remember the brand.

  For home or occasional use, this is a fine product. Worked well and cleaned my deck as i expected. Using it to remove stains on my siding next. Great price and quick delivery.

  The 20 foot hose, that enables you to use the pressure washer was missing!!! NOT good!!
