Great quality. These pads work perfectly for my rug-to-hardwood floor situation. They are very rough on one side, causing the rug to adhere amazingly well. They are thick and luxurious, and totally make the rugs complete. They fully prevent the sliding around (also known as "cat surfing"! My cats would previously cause the rugs to end up in the corner.) Because they didn't have my perfect rug sizes, I bought them bigger and cut them to size with scissors. Make them even more affordable, though it took awhile. Totally worth it!!!

Just what I needed. The product was just the right size to pad my rug. It keeps the rug in place and provides just the right amount of cushion.

We needed a rug pad for a dhurrie rug on a wood floor. This double-sided pad is the perfect solution to keep the rug from sliding around, and also add a bit of depth to the rug. It is a thin pad - don't expect it to add a lot of cushion - but seems to be high quality and does exactly what we needed it to at a very fair price.

I'm very pleased with this rug pad. I bought an expensive rug almost a year ago, and normally buy the pad at the same time. I deferred buying the pad to save a little money. This pad was delivered very quickly and is the same high quality as those I've purchased with Karastan carpets through high end retailers.

Prompt delivery. Package falling apart, tho'. I needed only one pad and returned the other, receiving a pre-paid return label by email promptly from overstock. Received prompt refund for returned pad. Instructions on which side goes facing floor are not that clear. Otherwise excellent product.

This mat is an excellent rug mat, I have a great Great Dane and my rugs used to move when ever he would run across it; now with the rug mat, it doesn't move an inch! This rug is just the right thickness and makes your rug feel very coushy. I highly recommend for those who are uncertain to buy such an expensive mat online; you won't be letdown!

It's a rug pad. It's hard to get excited about a rug pad. But if you're going to spend a lot of money on a good rug, it makes sense to protect it. I bought this pad for rugs I put on hard floor and and those I put on carpet , and it works well, keeping both in place. I will point out that both the pads I received were 1" too wide (I measured. I didn't base it off my rugs because the dimensions of hand-knotted rugs can vary some) and needed trimming. So quality control could be improved. But nothing to lose sleep (or a star) over.

This rug pad is excellent. It keeps the rug perfectly in place while protecting my wood floors. It also adds a little extra plushness to the rug. I think it is a good value.

Just redid our 100 year old wood floors and bought a 6x9 wool rug from ****. This pad makes the rug so much more plush and it hasn't moved an inch (and we have 3 kids and 2 cats that give it a run for its money)! It is a hair bigger than the rug, but we're going to let the rug settle a bit before trimming the pad. This pad costs double on other sites, so don't hesitate if you want a great rug pad for a great price.

My Overstock area rug got a very nice addition: a pad from Overstock. Both are great!

I have 4 of these rug pads of varying sizes and have had them for years, they are awesome! I use them on my hardwood floors. The price is a steal, they stay in place, and they are virtually indestructable! Seriously, buy these, you will never buy anything else.

We bought a 6x9 CB rug and there was no padding at all. After purchasing this pad, the rug feels so plush! The pad ended up being about 1.5 inches too wide, so we still need to cut it. Other than that, we are so pleased with the purchase. Thanks Overstock!

I ordered three of these pads after reading that they would be rolled up nicely for shipping. My rug pads arrived folded in plastic bags and while I was initially concerned that they would be hard to straighten out - I was pleasantly surprised. They were folded in such a way that they straightened out quickly and easily and most importantly, the corners weren't curled up or anything. They are terrific pads and much less expensive through Overstock than buying them from a rug dealer or department store. I will definitely purchase more of these. Also, there is no noticeable smell, which I was a bit worried that there would be. They keep rugs of all kinds from slipping. I have Tibetan, Persian, and other less expensive rugs and these pads are great for them all! They feel great underfoot as well...

A must have for any rug! This ads so much cushion to our rug in our bedroom and keeps the rug from moving an inch. I love it so much, I am going to order more for other rooms. I would not have a rug now without this pad under it.
