I recently purchased a wool area rug from Overstock whick I love and I wanted to protect it. I read other reviews on this rug pad and agree with them. This pad is great. It is thick and firm so I know it will last a long time. Great value, would recoommend.

I placed this pad under one of my favorite area rugs. It must be my dog's favorite rug too as she relieved herself three times on it in one evening. The pad kept the urine off the wood floor and prevented damage. I ordered a new pad as I did not feel comfortable washing and reusing it. :)

This is the best rug pad, I have one for all my carpets. They make an expensive carpet extra plush and a joy to walk on. This particular rug pad we bought for a cheap rug in the home office and it transformed the rug entirely. I would not hesitate to recommend this pad!

This rug pad came in a nice zippered plastic package, took it out, cut to shape and it works great! Was able to use the scraps under a small rug too, works great. No slip whatsoever! I highly reccomend.

This rug pad is excellent. I love the plush feeling it gives my oriental rug. It grips my slippery wood floors extremely well and I have had no problems with it. I just bought another one to use with my other rugs and highly recommend this pad to anyone in need.

We ordered this pad for our living room rug and were more than pleased when the rug arrived. I highly recommend the extra investment both for the rug , your floors and to add extra pile to your rugs. this is great it does not stick to your good hardwood floors, but provides a good nonskid cushion for the rug.

This is a great product! Bought it for my mother-in-law. She had a rug that moved all over the floor with any amount of movement. Now, the rug absolutely does not move! It is also very easy to cut to the exact fit you want. It is a little expensive compared to some other carpet pads, but well worth the extra cost.

This rug pad solved the problem of my ever wrinkled wool rug. I was able to use it right out of the box, and had no trouble at all using it as directed. It's a great buy for the price.

This is a very good pad. I was concerned that it would still allow the rug to move, even though it says it does not. The pad is so good that it takes a little bit of effort to move the rug on top of it.

After having new wood laminate flooring laid and our carpet removed, walking across our area rug in the livingroom was very uncomfortable to say the least. I searched all over looking for a pad and couldn't find anything. The few pads I did finally see were as thin as newspaper. The pad I bought from Overstock definetly made a difference. It is the thickest I had found online . It was easy to cut and does give you a cushioned feel when walking across it (or sitting down on the rug). The area rug and pad do not slide either, the pad keeps everything in place. It was shipped out fast, and the price was very good. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for good sized padding (5'x8') .

This carpet pad is EXCELLENT! I did have to cut it to fit, but that was done easily with regular utility scissors. The padding is much thicker than it's cheaper counterpart and is treated with a wonderful non-skid surface both on top and on bottom. This ensures the pad stays in place on my wood floor, and also that the rug stays in place on the pad. Definitely worth the extra $$ to get the better quality.

This is a high quality rug pad. If you want something better then those thin rubber pads this is the one for you. It is very thick and gives you a nice thickness under a rug you cannot get with the thin rubber pads.
