Poor Product!
After a week of sleeping on this mattress it has already shrunk by over an inch. I weight 184 pounds. When called to complain with overstock, I was told I could ship it back, but would have to pay for shipping cost. The cost of shipping was more than $$$. Very unhelpful customer service. Will never buy from "O" again!

good step up from a basic mattress
I bought this mattress because the thinner one that originally came with my futon had worn out. I was determined to get a thicker mattress this time but found very few that weren't priced in the 100s of $, and I couldn't see anything in them that justified those prices. This mattress is more than 3x the thickness of the one it replaced and is firm yet soft enough to be comfortable. And it is reasonably priced compared to the others I looked at. I also should compliment Overstock's live chat staff. The listed dimensions on the website were not right for a twin-size mattress and they were able to check the actual dimensions in real time to reassure me that it was not as wide as was listed (it would have never fit in the space alloted in my apartment if the listed width was correct). And sure enough, this fits my twin-size futon frame perfectly!

great mattress
This futon mattress is great quality for the $$. I haven't slept on it yet but my mom who is older has slept on it a couple times and says it's extremely comfortable with good support. I just wish they put handles on these mattress - they're awkward to move when you are converting the futon frame from a chair to a bed. That's not a complaint -- the handles would provide icing for the cake!

Premier twin futon mattress
I have made many purchases from this site and have always been 'very pleased' at the very least. Often THRILLED. The futon mattress was as described and arrived very promptly following purchase. I have not slept on the mattress, but a similar 'full sized' futon mattress from this site was also purchased at nearly the same time, and is currently being used on a sofa that is used daily. The full sized mattress was a great improvement over what I had previously used on the sofa (from another source). Thank you O.c. for another wonderful product, and service that cannot be any better! I will be a customer again soon!

A good night in the snoratorium.l
OK. The truth: My husband snores so loudly that it is not possible for me to get a good night's sleep when we share the bed. Because we currently have no other unoccupied bedrooms where he or I could go to sleep instead, we've placed the futon mattress in on the floor of our bedroom's walk-in closet (AKA the "snoratorium") where the clothing create a sound-proofing effect. We've covered the futon with a mattress pad, sheets and a thick comforter and added pillows and we are a happy, well rested couple once again. We take turns using the futon so that it is a joint partnership. But seriously, the futon is not uncomfortable and the quality, appearance and comfort were obtained at a wonderful price. We're delighted with this purchase.
