Received damaged item
Received the items quickly (about a week after placing an order) but only received one tracking number for items. Had to ask a chat representative to check for the other tracking number for the foam which they shipped separately from the frame. When I unwrapped the frame, I observed the side was damaged. Still usable but damaged. The memory foam arrived today and it seems to be of good quality. I haven't slept on it yet so I cannot comment on comfort. This is the first time I received a damaged product from Overstock and I have placed over 5 orders in the past 6 months.
