I admit it sat on my work-bench for three months before I tried it out, so I won't bother trying to return it. But...The depth adjustment gear was made of cheap plastic and fell apart the second time I used it. Only way I can adjust height of base is to push or pull. Useless for any fine work or any exact settings. I use it has spare router with the same bit in it at same depth at all times. Other then that it is useless. If you want to use for anything else, good luck. Also, the shipping box arrived with barely a scratch, but when I opened it the orginal packing box inside was smashed, hastily retaped, and the contents looked like they had been poured back into the box in no particular order. It was clear that my router had either been returned once already or drop-kicked around the warehouse.

Product is OK but requires "ste-up" and must be bolted-down to operate. Sharpening a "chain" requires some skill and patience. Not always easy to accomplish.

Great Drill, Great brand! If I could afford it, I would only own Dewalt tools for everything. For when you dont want to worry about draining a battery on a cordless! That being said, This drill is not worth the ** its listed for on this site. It's listed at the *** for ** and dont need to pay for any shipping
