After comparing and buying previously stainless wire wheels..you get two for the price of one.
It is 24 hours later and the status is "Processing" with no stated ship date.
I have now had two of these jam the same way, the first one did it about 5 minutes into my first use. The second made it through reupholstering 5 chair seats, and jammed on the first staple of the 6th. I've contacted o.co to see if i can get a third one. I love how powerful it is WHEN IT WORKS. I'm not a tool novice, I do use power tools frequently, so I'm not sure what happened here!
Product is heavy, I used the saw part to cut through thick backer boards. It is also loud, so get ear plugs.
I returned the item and I'm waiting for my funds to be added back to my account. I was very disappointed that the torch was not as represented and arrived in a previously opened and stapled shut package. I read that overstock deducts from your refund if the item is opened and or looks used. I made certain when I initiated my return that I wrote that the item was obviously previously opened, had been used ( the tip was brown ) and that it was not as represented. I am insisting on a full refund. Everything else I've ever purchased from Overstock has been great. I will not let this one experience sway me from shopping here. I'm certain their award winning Customer Service Team will do the right thing. Then I can go buy the torch I wanted.
