Broken Part
I bought this for my husband and received it very quickly. The major flaw with this item is that the screw to tighten the chain is made of plastic and it was stripped on the particular saw we got. I understand that these are refurbished but I thought they were supposed to be fixed or checked before sending them out again. Luckily, my husband is Mr Fixit and was able to correct the problem and now the saw works fine. It chewed right through everything that we've used it on so far (large oaks, pine, etc).
