  • Decent pan for the price

This pan's cooking surface is not completely flat, so oil will spread out in a ring around the outer most edge of the pan. This can be a pain to some, but we were happy to see that at least the bottom of the pan is nice and flat so we get even heating on our smooth-top stove (non-induction). The cooking surface also came slightly scratched, which leads me to believe this won't be a very durable pan. As long as we get a few months of use out of it I'll be happy, given the reasonable price. We bought this with the expectation that if it doesn't last until we get an induction unit (or doesn't work as well as it claims with an induction unit) we'll just replace it at that time with something higher-end.

Great for making a large batch of red sauce. Thick enough base as to not burn the sauce which I tend to cook for 3 to 4 hours. Would buy again!

I needed some extra pots and pas and when I place an order for anything I just check to see what's available. This is the best pot in my kitchen. Heavy, well fitted ld,really non stick and it looks great. I want more!

Extremely happy with this pot. Heavy duty not thin or flimsy. Perfect size for rewarming tea, coffee, etc. or simply water for a single cup of tea.

Bought this as a gift for our daughter who needed a somewhat smaller one. Had never purchased this brand before and was disappointed that the edges of the lid and pot are very rough. My other cast iron pieces are smooth and easy to handle--won't tear your hands. But our daughter camps a lot and this should be ok for over a campfire.
