magnalite are the best pots and pans I have ever used. This dutch oven cooks evenly and is a good size for making a healthy amount of spaghetti and meatballs, also wonder for roasting. It is easy to clean. Buy it you will love it and the price point is excellent for the quality of the dutch oven and the size. Buy the pots and pans set too they wear forever and your childern will use them also.

This is a great pan, and I am happy to add it to my Circulon collection of pots and pans!

Excellent, "does the job" quality - way more preferable than spending $1,000's on "high end" pots and pans! My other Paula Deen pots/pans from the same set are 2 years old and still going strong. I definitely recommend this pan as well as Paula's other pots/pans of the same set.

I'm building my pots and pans collection one at a time and this was a great addition! You really don't need any of those big sets...just choose the ones you will use and buy a good one of each...this was my good wok...

We had bought other products in this line of pots and pans and were very pleased with them. This pan feels and looks different than what I already owned. The grill works ok but it is not as heavy as what I have been using and the heat does not distribute as well.

I love my new stir-fry pan made by Circulon. All my other pots and pans are Circulon, so I knew what I was getting. It is very large and holds a lot of veggies, as well as the bean sprouts and meat. Cooks evenly and makes dinner a snap with everything (well, except for the rice) in one pan!

This is the best saucepan I have ever owned. The handle stays cool on my high powered gas burners, glass lid is easy to see thru. Nothing , I mean nothing sticks to it. Very even heat and retention. Excellent quality.. I will be purchasing more analon pots and pans.

I bought this and recived it very quickly (as always with Overstock). I like it, but it really is very light weight. I cook a lot and prefer heavier pots and pans. Although it is very light, I would still recommend this products. It serves its purposes for steaming vegetables and cooking pasta and it is not too expensive.

Well, I live in a household of 3 seniors and I cook since they all ruin my stainless pots and pans... Not sure why people think food will cook better and faster if you turn the gas up all the way. In self defense I bought this pan for my older siblings to use for their popcorn since scrubbing black out of my "good" pots is boring. This is a great pot, they can have the gas up as high as they want, burn themselves if they feel the need and their is NO BLACK BUILD UP BURNT STUFF for me to clean up. To answer your questions, these two do not understand washing dishes or the concept of opening the dishwasher. I have given up on that as well. I will buy a couple more of these pots and pans. I actually like them myself.

Only thing I wish is that it matched other pots and pans of this type. My mom always used enamel on steel pots and pans and you used to be able to buy whole sets, including frying pans in the 70s and 80s. These are the only commonly available pots and pans that are totally non reactive. Even stainless steel reacts with acids. Don't believe me? Look it up on pubmed. Anyway, this is a healthy soup pot and I made a nice bone broth in it most recently. I also use it for all sorts of things like Coq au Vin, or any stew that requires you to brown the meat first. It's wide at the bottom, so you can spread out a large cut of beef, or cut up chicken on the bottom. You still may want to use an additional frying pan if you need to use more than one cut of meat, or work in batches. If I feel lazy, I just brown the outside of the meat in the oven but it's not exactly the same flavor. It is unwieldy to clean, that's for sure. Make sure you don't put he bottom down in an oily spot or you'll be turning it over and over trying to clean off the grease from the outside as well as the inside. But that's true for any stockpot. At least this one's lighter than a stainless one. My previous one was stainless but food tastes better in this one.

I love this T-fal sauce pan so much, I'm going to buy the whole set...the quality is excellent and the price is right! I do a lot of cooking and my pots and pans are showing wear. After trying this sauce pan, I'm sold. The price for the set at Overstock is more than thirty dollars cheaper than the department store price. I can always count on Overstock for good quality, fast delivery and great prices!

This was bought as a gift for my daughter and her husband. I purchased the 12pc. set for them for Christmas but it did not come with the 3qt pan, Well, when they received the set they were thrilled with it. I ordered it in red which was the color they wanted and now they say they are afraid to use them because they are so pretty. So, I ordered this pan to add to the set because, when you are cooking for a family, this size is used most often, I think. Boiling potatoes or cooking noodles or sauces etc. So, I highly recommend the circulon pots and pans and, for sure, the 3 quart covered saucepan.

I ordered this skillet to go with the set of Pots and Pans that I had ordered as the set did not have aq large skillet. It goes with the set so very well. It heats evenly and fast on medium heat. The cleaning of it is so EASY for which I am very thankful. It also washes up great in the dish washer although I usually just wash it up in the sink. The only thing I don't like is that water collects under the knob if it is left in water which only happened once and once I found that I make sure I do not leave it submerged. For anyone wanting a larger skillet I would highly recommend this one!!!

I have wanted to upgrade my pots and pans for several years. I previously owned Farberware that is still in good shape. They are 26 years old and have held up well. I cook for a large family and have wished that my pans would perform as well as some of those I have seen on the Food Network. This style of pan is highly recommended by Ina Garten, only by a different name. When I saw the price for this pan I knew I had to try it. WOW! It is beautiful and functional. I have only owned it about a week and have used it at least 3 or 4 times. It cooks so evenly and at a lower temp. Easy clean-up too. I am glad to own this now, only wished I would have purchased sooner!

We not only purchased the 8" pan, but a 10"pan, the Big Wok and the whole 10pcs set from Cooks Standard. Packed very well, came quicker than expected. Have seasoned them up, used them all, washed them all and we're very pleased with the quality. they're beautiful, they cook evenly and at a lower temp setting on the stove. We dumped all of our old revere and teflon. If there's a better pan out there, I didn't find it. The better news is, I'll never have to buy another pot or pan the rest of my life. No Gov. or FDA warnings to be concerned about. Thanks you Overstock.

I used this pot last night for the first time. It is a beautiful "instrument " to use for your recipes ! I cooked a delicious (from views rec'd from guests ) ! I was always one to look for and use good quality so called "non stick" cookware. I returned a few years ago to high quality stainless steel products from known firms and even with the extra elbow grease needed for clean up, with a good soaking the job is not too difficult at all. I feel I am using safer and time proven quality when I use stainless. I love using these pots and pans for all my new and old recipe. Not a bad review yet on the finished product, either ! Thank you, O.com , you are w/o doubt or qualification, one, fine place to shop. Love this site !!!!
Choosing the perfect cookware is a matter of personal preference and cooking style, but understanding the differences can help every cook. Professional chefs agree that every household needs an 8- to 10-inch skillet, a 5- to 7-quart sauce pan and a stock pot. Choose pans that fit your needs, and you will love cooking with them.
While most cooks know that you need to season your food before it will taste good, new cooks might not know that you can also season your pots and pans. Seasoning is a process in which you prepare a pan or other cookware before you use it for the first time. When you season stainless steel pots and pans, you are filling the pores of the pan's surface with carbonized oil, which blocks the oxidation process and therefore keeps the cookware from rusting or pitting. In addition, seasoning helps to prevent food from sticking to the pan. The following steps will teach you how to season and protect your stainless steel pots and pans so they will last longer and work better.
