    Its very heavy and sturdy. It requires a pretty good hole in your wall, we aren't using it because it just don't work for our kitchen. we are selling it but it would be great if it works for your kitchen

    Very easy to assemble, nice quality product, once assembled very easy to hang up. I am a professional tradesman, you will definetely need a stud finder, no way you can just drill into drywall and hang, the rack unit has some weight to it.

    Solution for sagging center grid

    The solution to the sagging center grid is this: Of the 24 hooks there are two unique ones which each end in a 90 degree angle. These hold up the center grid in the middle. Hook each one over the rack's outer frame on each side midway down the length and then rest the center grid on them. Now it is held up by the side bolts and these two center hooks. I hung an 18x15 roasting pan, a 12" chef pan, and a 12" frying pan off the center grid and it doesn't budge nor sag. It's very sturdy. I have the 48" rack and hang 6 frying pans, 3 sauce pans, 1 stock pot, 1 roaster and its rack, plus 7 lids, 19 pieces in all. It looks beautiful and works exactly like I had hoped. We have a vaulted kitchen ceiling so we first hung two pieces of heavy duty chain, two different lengths, to accommodate the rise. It balanced perfectly. When I add/remove a pan the rack sways slightly because of the chains but that doesn't bother me at all and I thought it would because I am sensitive to movement like ...
