Purchasing a mattress online was a difficult decision but I've not been disappointed thus far. Sleeps very comfortably and did not have a crease as mentioned in a prior review (which was a relief). Delivery time was apprx one week after receiving actual bed but that wasn't a huge inconvenience.

Bought one of these mattresses about 6 months ago for my bedroom and found it to be the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on- perfect combination of being soft and plush but still having enough firmness to support my back. After just moving to a new apartment and not being able to bring my bed with me, I purchased a second one of these mattresses because I loved it so much. Same quality as the first one. And if you need to bring this up to the second floor of a house or apartment as I did, you'll find that the way it's packaged makes it super easy to do that.

I really love my mattress. It's very comfortable, and pillow top was the way to go. I also purchased a foam top but considered not using the foam top for a couple of days, because it was quite comfortable as is. Keep in mind, I had been sleeping on an old painful futon mattress, and I am approximately 120 lbs.

I was reluctant to purchase a mattress through the mail. This truly is a wonderful mattress. I'm using the mattress on a box spring and it's perfect. Very comfortable and appears to be a quality product.. This purchase was for a guest room.

I needed a 'real' mattress since the inflatable mattress and futon were getting unbearable. This was the perfect solution to my needs. It has just the right amount of firmness and softness. It sleeps well and is quite comfortable.

When the mattress arrived I was surprised at the size of the box. I had read other reviews that said the bed jumped out of the box when opened. It certainly did that. It sprang to action as soon as released from the box. You would have to see it to believe that the big bed fit in the small box. It was slept on that night. I thought it got back to its full shape as soon as it escaped from the box. No problems with the bed the recipent has had a good nights sleep since purchasing the bed. Before this bed he slept on an air mattress on the floor. This was a big step up.

This mattress was used in a guest room...Was skeptical of a mattress that comes rolled up in a box but I've gotten good "reviews" from my guests. I slept on it one night to test it out and it was very comfortable (that's coming from someone with many sleeping and back related issues). It is important to place it on the bed and leave it for a few days before use as this, as other reviewers have mentioned, helps it "inflate" to it's full size. Reccommended.

I was pretty disappointed with the delivery. I was expecting that Overstock would set up a delivery appointment for me, for the movers to deliver the mattress directly to my unit (rather than simply drop it off at the front desk). But instead, they DID drop it off at the front desk and I was forced to carry it up to my apartment by myself. Have you ever tried moving a mattress by yourself? Its not fun.

I purchased this based on description and reviews, ease of purchase and delivery. I am very disappointed. It is not dense at all and you can feel the springs easily. In defense of the mattress I am a big person and it may work fine for a low to average weight person. It has not impacted my sleeping but overall comfort is lacking.

I needed what I thought was a new mattress for the family cabin. Being that the location and delivering a mattress would normally cost you an arm and a leg this was an absoulute great deal. The mattress seems to be a very good one but my issue still remains with the box spring. Once I have that also taken care of I can give a better review but at this time the mattress and means of delivery are great.

My son's girl friend said it was impossible to ship a full mattress in a long square box. I knew what to expect and didn't argue. Once the plastic wrapping was off the "mattress took flight", and landed on the floor in perfect shaped - ready to be slept on. I took pictures of everthing so she'll know her word is not law! When we bought our house last year, we purchased this mattress for our guest room. The friends and family that have visited us over the year have said so many positive things about their comfortable rest, that we decided to get the same mattress for our 10 year old. He absolutely love the mattress, says it's 'giving him better dreams'. lol.. We have both mattresses on platform beds without a box of springs under and it works great. I would highly recommend it. I would also recommend that you follow the instructions and let the bed 'set' for a full day after you open the box.

Mattress arrived very quickly. It came rolled up and I was worried that this might affect the springs/comfort, however, it sprung flat and "fluffed" up instantly! If you want a mattress on the softer side, this is it. Very comfortable, I'm using it on my platform bed without a box spring and it's great. Can't beat the price!

I am a 30 year old woman who needed a mattress as quickly as possible and as cheaply as possible. I checked out several mattress stores as well as several websites in my area, and finally decided to purchase this one based on the reviews and the shipping price. I am SO happy! My sister was with me when I opened the box as she could not believe that a mattress was in it and insisted that it would be low quality due to its container. My dog jumped about four feet in the air when the mattress sprung from the plastic! It was unbelievable to see a high quality mattress packed that way. Anyhow, I am SOOOO impressed by the comfort. I don't know if it would work for two people, but for me it's perfect. It is not firm, but it is also not too soft. Right now I am very impressed with my new mattress... I just hope it isn't to good to be true and begins to deteriorate in a few months!
