I am very satisfied with the settee. It's almost exactly what I wanted for my kitchen. The two matching chairs add a lot. But 15 minutes assembly? Not realistic.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The navy blue is darker than I expected.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. For the price it is pretty good.

Unusable
The first settee arrived and could not be put together. The pre-drilled holes did not all line up correctly so it was impossible to put it together using all of the screws. The screws, etc also were not packed in a sealed bag, so when the box arrived they were all over the box and at least 1 of the washers was missing. I returned the first one *** and received a second settee. The piece of wood on the seat, where the scews were supposed to fit in and connect to the back, was severly cracked all along the middle. And, like the first package, the screws were not packed in a sealed bag, so they all arrived all over the place. The structural integrity of both items was severly lacking and I was not able to keep either. Customer Service was helpful and is providing a full refund, but that is the only positive part about the experience.
