The couch is a lot darker than it looks in the picture. It's almost beige-tan not cream and the pillows are darker as well. It's very firm but not uncomfortable. It was pretty simple to put together but the box is very heavy and awkward to carry (we live on the third floor). Overall I am very happy with the product and would recommend this piece.Read More
