I have had this bed for about a year now. I was a little concerned about getting a platform bed because I know they can be pretty low, but when used with a mattress and a box spring, it is high enough where I can comfortably sit and get up. The headboard is adjustable up or down if you are or aren't using a box spring. Both the sides and the tall headboard are cushioned and fairly soft with a strong material that is slightly rough to the touch, but still very comfortable to sit up against. The stripes are taupe and beige and are neutral enough to go with pattered bed sheets. It's definitely a bed I would recommend, especially if someone is looking for a soft headboard.Read More

Excellent value. Looks better than the picture shows. Need 2 people to put it together.Read More
This is very good looking piece of furniture. It brightened up my bedroom and is a compliment to a 50 year bedroom set I have. It can also be used in a modern decorated room. The material is striped, but because the stripes are so small, it is appears very neutral. I would recommend it to dress up a room.Read More
I received this 13 days after purchase. Putting it together by yourself is doable but definitely easier with 2. I am a 5'2" woman and I did it and it's not fallen apart. I wish the part where the headboard connects to the rest of the frame didn't depend solely on this slide/hook system- some additional bolting would help. If you don't move the bed it shouldn't be a problem. Looks nice. The other review was spot on, it's mostly light brown with tiny white stripes- so if you don't want something stripy then don't pick this.Read More
So I was super excited at the time of purchase...however once it arrived I could not even put it together the box of hardware was missing 3/4 of the screws and getting customer service on the phone still hasn't even happened! I like the look of the bed although right now it is just standing against my wall, at this point I am ready to go to the hardware store and find my own screws. Honestly if shipping it back weren't such a hassle i would do that!Read More
The only complaint i have is that the picture makes it look like a very light striped pattern. When i opened the box it was thick lines and they are a very dark beige color. I thought the pattern would hardly be noticeable but that is definitely not the case. It comes all together in one box and surprisingly we got the bed in TWO DAYS! and my bf and i put it together in roughly an hr, maybe less. Its pretty good quality, and easy to put together. What i liked was that the 3 wood slats for support under the bed also came with legs to further support them . I read a lot of reviews on the other beds like this saying that the wooden slots broke within the first few days so i was happy to see that these had legs for under them to help w extra support. All in all i am very happy w the bed and its great quality for the small price you pay. I was sleeping on just a fame w a box spring and mattress and this is most definitely a giant step up in terms of comfort, a lot more support. The head board is also pretty sturdy and doesn't really move when you press against it which is another plus. All in all i would recommend this bed. esp for its cheap price. great stuff.Read More
