We wanted a rug in our condo 'office' to replace a 20 year old contemporary pattern oriental beneath the library table. Most of the room, including the floor, is maple so we wanted shades of beige and brown. This rug fits the need very well. We bought the latex non-skid pad for under it and it is rock solid. We have bought so many items from Overstock that it is one of the first places we look.

This was purchased to go with new, modern living room furniture that is shades of brown. The rug looks great with them. The pattern is lovely. The rug itself seems to be very nice quality. Reviews of some other rugs I looked at stated that they were difficult to get to lay down flat but this one was not. I am very satisfied with it and recommend it to anyone who needs a contemporary style rug.
