Good Looking but......
This is the first product that I have been unhappy with. It does not take a standard bulb. The bulb is rare and difficult to locate. After finally finding one (had to drive 30 miles) we put it in the lamp. It provides a very dim light and you cannot use any other bulb. Also the lamp itself gets very hot and I do not feel safe using it for any length of time. I would never leave it on when I am not home for fear of a fire hazard. I would not reccomend purchasing this uplight. I will continue looking for a product that satisfies our need.

Just what we were looking for.
This lamp isn't huge, but produces a surprisingly strong glow through the ceramic as well as out the top opening. We have this lamp paired with another Porcelaino fixture in our dining room. Chic and practical. Definitely a winner.

Sculptural interest
Uses standard bulb. Packaged safely--no fears of it arriving broken. It is made in China. Looks great on or off.

Lovely lamp
This is a beautiful lamp! I am using it as accent lighting for my media center. I have seen this brand on other websites for three times the price, and am so glad to see it here at Overstock. I will be buying some of the other styles offered as well. I really like white as an accent color. However, the finish on the lamp would be easy to change with a spray paint if you should prefer another look.
