Thoroughly pleased
The item shipped extremely quickly. We use amazon prime, 2 day shipping, frequently and it seems that Overstock could give them a run for their money! Placed the order late Sunday and received my rug early Tuesday! Item was packaged well, except for one small hole over a bone colored section, so there's a tiny dark stain. Nothing I can't live with, and not worth the hassle of returning. The rug itself feels very very sturdy. Pile is extremely low as stated by the description. The grey part is lower than the bone colored pieces. The bone colored sections are softer feeling than the grey parts. The grey has a plastic feel. Bone has a rug feel. We're using the rug as our entryway inside runner, all in all, I'm very pleased with the quality (all edges are nicely sealed, no loose threads,even coloring and pattern,etc.) and think it will hold up extremely well to our constant foot traffic in our front hall.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Grey is slightly darker and seems to have a bluish undertone to it. I'd say it's better than the sandy grey color pictured.
