This tray is really wonderful. Yes, it is large, but works great.

Finding a place to store this was the only problem I had. Been 6'6" I was able to put it on top of the refrigerator. Only used it a couple of times, but great for getting steaks off the grill and bringing them to the prep area without juice running everywhere.

This is a really nice functional piece. It's nice to be able to cut a roast without wiping out my counter. I use it to serve as well.

"Very" Large cuttiing board and extremely durable. However, when carving prime rib the juices collected onto the top of cutting board and needed to be scraped into the bottom tray. Some additional grooves in cutting board would make this item a great asset to the kitcken

This is a great cutting board for large roasts and other foods. Catches any juices so there is no mess. We don't use it every day because of its size. Also makes a great cheese board for parties.

Not only is this carving board funtional, I would not hesitate to use it for serving, too!

Great product, the tray catches the grease from messy items like brisket keeping my counters clean. Made the kitchen cleanup a breeze with the drippings contained in the tray. I've had multiple other cutting boards with the grease groove in them, but with brisket they never catch enough and it ALWAYS spills over to the counter - Not this one, the tray is big enough to catch the drippings from several briskets making the cleanup job a piece of cake. I'll be using it on ~25 briskets this weekend. The cleanup crew will thank you. Used it on Sunday at a picnic and several people were asking where they can get one. Where''s my commission check? LOL

Great item. Excellent cutting board with tray to catch the meat juices, etc. This will be a very valuable item. Very nice looking as well.
