Lasted about a year
After about four months of usage, the hot water flow slowed to a trickle. After 6-8 months' use, it began to leak. The leak got worse and worse, and after a year, it was unusable.

Looks and works great!
Just got it installed two weeks ago. So far works great. Can't put temp on max or it sputters out the faucet.

We love our hot water dispenser. Water is very hot, on demand for tea etc... A great buy that adds value and convenience to our kitchen. I looked at many stores and decided to buy at overstock because they had the best price for the value of the product.
