    I bought this ice machine in June of 2010 and used it at home for 3 years and have since been using it on my RV for the last two years. It takes a couple batches for it to warm up (or is that cool up?) but once it gets going it's fast. It has been rock solid and dependable for over 5 years. Very pleased with this purchase from Overstock.com

    This is a great product. Worth the bucks. We are a business and purchased this product because we share a kitchen with other offices.     • The unit's wall is insulated, but unit does not produce any cold air to keep the ice frozen. The ice basket does sit right above the water reservoir, so as the ice melts, water is dripped back into the tank to be reused.
