  This is a nice plant stand and fairly sturdy. I am using it for a large pot, which probably weighs about 20 pounds when watered and is about 14" tall. For safety purposes, I did zip tie the stand to my balcony railing in case of strong gusts of wind or a curious cat. My only slight disappointment is the craftsmanship. Where the middle metal pieces meet the legs (where the screws are), the welding/metal work is a little rough and bumpy, which is definitely not depicted in the image. It just detracts from the overall appearance and makes it look cheaper. Will this stop me from purchasing again? Probably not. I've checked *** and can't find something as sturdy as this for the price.

  While the planter is made of metal as stated on overstock, it is a very thin, cheap metal, not cast iron as the product's appearance and price would suggest. If I had paid $20 for this I would be OK with it, but as I paid over $50, I am unhappy with the product. I do not expect it to last more than a season or two. I had to add stones to the container to give it any weight and keep it from blowing over in my garden.

  The corner shelf is very sturdy and the measurments were perfect. Overall it looks very good in the spot I intended it to go. I do have one complaint though...the accuracy of the picture is amiss, which is why I gave it only 4 stars instead of 5. One of the reasons I chose this shelf as oppossed to another was because on the top of the two middle spindles there were two balls instead of one only on one side (like another shelf I was considering before purchase). However, when I got the Sante Fe shelf, there was only one ball on one middle spindle and the other side was flat. I was disappointed with that aspect, but it wasn't a dealbreaker that I wanted to send the shelf back. I just thought the two balls looked more balanced than one...but again, not a dealbreaker. The shelf stands very level with no wobbling...quite sturdy!

  I was looking for something like this locally and was super-excited to find it on Overstock for a great price. Shipping was quick and the package arrived in good shape. Assembly should have been a breeze... screw the pieces together, right? Wrong. Something about it was messed up and it wouldn't screw down tightly so the baskets flopped around all crazy-like. I was determined to make it work because I had already bought flowers since I got notification it was out for delivery. I went to my local home improvement store and bought five washers (for a total of 15 cents) and used those to help secure the gap so it would fit tightly. That did the trick but it was VERY frustrating getting to that point. After all was said and done, I filled it up with the flowers I bought, set it on my back porch and it looks lovely.
