This set looks really pretty and matches my new kitchen very well. Unfortunately the return on the pull down sprayer is weak and has to be put back into position with some effort in addition the switch over from spray back to normal tap is faulty. It switches from the normal tap to spray without problem but doesn't want to reverse that action, it takes several attempts along with turning the tap on and off before it will. My contractors installed this so I'm not sure how much effort it would be to take it off and replace it but given the price I think I will try to do that.
We received this faucet very quickly, and it is very attractive - a deep, warm bronze color. It is heavy, and has high-quality braided metal supply hoses. I would have ranked it 5 stars except for the trouble we had on installation (we're Do-It-Yourselfers). We were installing it through a granite countertop with an undermount sink. The bottom of the upper faucet assembly is sealed to the top of the granite with a relatively small gasket which was difficult to keep centered as the nut was being tightened from underneath. At first, the gasket extruded out to one side after tightening, making the faucet lean. The second installation attempt was OK, with me up above using a tool to keep the gasket in place as my husband tightened the nut from underneath. This time, the faucet looked good, but it was leaking (even with the gasket goo we put on there). It took 3 attempts to tighten it up, with some worries about granite cracking that (luckily) didn't happen. It has been in for 2 weeks now, with no issues - I'm very happy with it!
