Phat Tommy Wide Zero Gravity Reclining Lounge Chair

I am thrilled with these chairs. I looked for several weeks for these chairs, and was concerned that the quality I was seeing wasn't good enough for the potential rough use they would get. I found these in a store then looked online and they were quite expensive. I looked at Overstock, and they were less than half of the other web site. Needless to say, I ordered immediately.

The chairs are attractive and very comfortable. If I had room I would certainly order more!

For the price, I thought the chair would have more than hard plastic pieces on the bottom to keep them from sliding when you sit in them, or when you try to get out of them. One of the chairs was missing a screw when it arrived and I had to take the sleeve for it to the hardware store and find the correct screw to fit and replace it. Velcro is used on the head rests to keep them in place and that does not work very well. It is very hard to move them once you are sitting down and move them you will have to do cause they slide down to your lower back. Overall, the color was great, but the fact that they slide around so much and the headrests don't stay in place really don't make them worth the price I paid.

These are a little wider and longer than the "normal" ones you see advertised everywhere. They are rated for 300 lbs although we are tall people, not heavy people so husband @ 210 won't be testing that! Added bonus of having 2 sets of stretch cording included in the box for each one. We have had to replace that part in other zero gravity chairs and it's hard to find size/color etc. for replacing. They stay locked in position until you unlock them and we really appreciate the extra length for both head and feet and also the extra wiggle room. Store these inside during off seasons to make them last longer.
