I bought 3 of these faucets and am very pleased with them. One of the components in one of the handles did arrive broken, but, Pfister promptly sent me out the replacement part. Theses faucets are solid, substantial and very modern and stylish. As other reviewers have remarked, they DO show spots and fingerprints, but, they wipe down easily and are a huge modernization for our bathrooms. Overall, very pleased.
