We have bought four sets of Pfaltzgraff dishes from Overstock in the last few months. They are all fantastic. They all arrived in perfect condition. They are great for everyday use, strong and sturdy. They seem to be dishwasher safe and true to their advertised description. We are very happy with them.

• How did the color on site compare with the actual product? Red in picture is incorrect. Ours looks more of a pinkish / purple, not bright red as shown.
• Please tell us about the quality of the product. Quality is like all Pfaltzgraff dishes. They are excellent.
• How accurate was the on site description of the product? As noted above, the red is not red. We were sort of disappointed in it but not enough to go through the trouble of re-packing and sending them back.

I absolutely love my Palermo's!! I've been keeping my eye on Pfaltzgraff Dinnerware for some time now because I've always admired the many different patterns and styles. I've never seen anything like them. Finally they had them on sale and I took my chance to get them....and I am so happy I did. They're gorgeous, easy to clean and so durable. I'm a permanent fan :-)

These dishes are just adorable and perfect for regular use by a busy family. The mugs, in particular, are comfortable to hold with coffee -- a nice, comforting shape and never too hot. The plates and bowls are cheery, and I think they suit all four seasons in Chicago. And, lets not forget about the awesome price -- wow.

Arrived in great shape. Dishes have been used in microwave and run thru the dishwasher with no problems. Chipping of the rims of the dishes does not seem to be a problem.

Cheery everyday dishes! The mug is terrific. The bowl is quite large and deep - a little oversized so regular portions look small inside. When the dishes are thee able, it seems like a party!!

The colors in the Palermo set are beautiful and great to decorate around. Very trendy right now, at least in the southeast, I am using it with green, orange, red, yellow/gold and am considering bringing in a small touch of turquois. However, my major set is Napoli but they blend well.

These are very pretty casual dishes at a good price. I have had no problems with breakage, as yet. They seem to be quite sturdy. I use them in the microwave frequently, although I am careful not to put the hot dish on my granite countertops. A little caution and you end up with a good product.

I ordered 24 place settings (yes, 96 pieces) and only 2 bowls, 1 mug, and 1 salad plate had imperfections that did not meet my standards. Customer service was superb! They sent out the replacement pieces immediately. What a joy to work with Overstock.com. The dishes come out of the dishwasher looking great. I use these for my everyday dishes and I couldn't be happier with them! I would definitely recommend these dishes to anyone looking for a great quality, beautiful, casual set of everyday dishes!

These bright and colorful dishes are perfect for casual daily use. I have a colorful kitchen and they fit right in. It helps that they're called "Palermo" because my family is from Sicily! They are truly dishwasher and microwave safe, which makes them convenient, too. Would recommend to anyone.

I love this set! The color is vibrant, they are strong and they hold a lot of food and/or beverages. Would highly recommend.

The product that we received were clearly seconds. Nothing was mentioned about "seconds" in the description of these items. Sometimes you can receive seconds that are barely noticeable. These dishes had random color streaks through them. I hole in a cup that did not look like shipping damage. I dinner plate had a red circle in the middle. The rest did not. Everything was not uniform. VERY POOR quality. I have ordered many other things from Overstock. This is by far the worst. Pfaltzgraff should never let this out the door!
