Dinnerware was packed with utmost care and received in perfect condition. The dishes are lovely, even more stunning than the online picture. The colors are vibrant, the artful design is beautiful, and the dishes & mugs are sturdy and a great size. The family was very impressed, and I'm quite happy with my purchase. I'll definitely order from Overstock again, especially now that I'm confident in the care they take when shipping fragile items.

This set is really beautiful and I was impressed with the quality for the price. The bowls are quite large which makes them great for serving entrees in, particularly those with sauces. No chips so far which was a concern as I had read reviews of other dinnerware with similar pricing and the primary complaint was that these others started chipping almost immediately. Not the case with this set. Pfaltzgraff is a very good brand so I hope these will last for years.

Love these dishes. Just what I expected. The design pattern/color vary on each piece as if each were hand painted and glazed. I highly recommend.
