lovely!
I was very pleased when I received this set! each piece was individually wrapped in plastic, the pieces were nice and heavy, the price was amazing, the design is beautiful! I wanted something vintage and classic without having to pay per each piece and I found it! perfect for a young couple starting off. no scratches and easy to clean and put in the dish washer

Nice daily flatware, but not for your guests
This is great daily flatware, but I would not set it out for my guests at a nice dinner. The quality is just not as solid and heavy as I had hoped. Fortunately I had purchased this set to replace some of my daily use silverware, so I am content.

Perfect Gift For The "Light Weight" =)
This flatware set arrived in excellent condition and was beautiful to look at, just as advertised. My only other opinion would be is that it is very light weight. Since this set was a gift for a much older friend, it worked out beautifully! The strength & maneuverability in her hands are affected by RA, so this set of flatware was both elegant looking yet practical for her. Thank you Overstock!

Nice
I bought this set for myself. Its like a set my Grandmother had when I was growing up. I loved them so that when I saw these I had to have them. They came on time by in good condition wrap very well. The only problem I have with them is that the dinner forks are very long. A normal dinner fork isn't this size. But the set is really nice for if your just starting out on your own. It was worth the price.

Large Forks
This is a very nice medium weight set. Unfortunately I had to return it because the forks were just to large for my use. If you like really large forks you will love it. Otherwise it is nicely made and a good price.
