Great for the price!
I am very happy with my purchase! There is a lot of flatware for the price and the steak knives are great too! They wash well in the dishwasher.

The set arrived without knives and hostess set. But customer service was great. They sent me the replacement parts shortly.

I thought they were very cheaply crafted.
I was very unhappy with the quality of the product. Previously to this experience I had thought that Pfaltgraff made high quality products. That is why I thought that I was getting such great bargin and happily made my purchase. But upon opening the box and examining the merchadise I realized why the product was being sold so cheap. As my mother always said, "You get what you pay for" .
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? It did not show how thin and simply made the product is.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. The quality is very low, in fact I was so unhappy with the quality of the merchandise that I put back in the box and put it in the garage out of my sight.

This flatware is too flimsy
We purchased this set after researching several options online. When we received the set we immediately returned it because the pieces were not sturdy at all. In fact they were so lightweight we were concerned about bending upon use. We were very disappointed and ended up going out to a local store to purchase a set.
