Pewter Club Chair

I was searching for living room chairs for quite a while before I stumbled across these. The color is a beautifuly dark slate gray with dark chestnut colored legs. It was extremely easy to assemble -- all I had to do was screw on the legs and they were ready to go. One of the chairs has a little wobble in it -- it seems like one leg is slightly short, but this seems to be something easy enough to handle. The chairs are comfortable to sit in for guests etc, but I probably wouldn't lounge around in them as my primary seating to veg out, watch TV, or read, unless I had the matching ottoman or something to put my feet up on. An additional note: this was my first Overstock purchase EVER and I am a fan. Everything was great -- the item shipped quickly and was packed well and I have been very satisfied.

No problems with delivery and easy set up. Wish it was more comfortable but design is attractive. Needs pillow for comfort. Not a chair for reading. Upholstery color is somewhat flat; would be much improved with more attractive color. Overall good value.

I bought the chair and ottoman. They arrived together in less than a week in great condition. The only thing I had to do was screw on the feet. Be careful not to over-tighten the legs. My daughter and I really like the set. My husband isn't as fond of the pair as I am. I'm only 5'2 and I can kick up my feet, lean back, and read a book or watch tv- he's 6'2 and isn't as comfortable in it because he has no neck support. That's something to think about if you are tall. The chair looks great next to my glass and chrome end table and cream colored modern leather sectional. I do have to vacuum the chair everyday because my dog rubs against the chair and the pair also attracts lint from blankets and clothing. For me it's no big deal. I'm not sure how long it will endure everyday use, but for the price and style I'm glad I bought it.

I am very pleased with this chair. I bought two with an ottoman for my living room. I would not purchase these for primary seating, but for company, they are fine. They are just too firm for me. I may have the cushion re-stuffed. I am so pleased with the look and value that I would definitely buy theseagain. My husband wanted to return them because of the firm seat.

Got the chairs. (bought 2). Love is an understatement! Great color, texture for both the fabric & wood legs! Unbeatable price for sure & soooo comfy! Perfect!
