Like this mill, it allows you to control salt size
I like the salt and pepper mill (bought both on 2 orders) because they offer very good control over the grinding size of the salt and the pepper. They each have 5 granular size settings for precise control. These are Chef quality equipment. I also like the look and feel of the black lacquer finish, not sure if the material is wood or an high grade plastic but it feels real strong. Oh and they throw in some salt with the grinder to get you started, same with the pepper mill. You'll love these..
