nice pepper mill
I like this mill, however it will not grind larger peppercorns. I refilled with the peppercorns I had in my pantry and apparently they are too large to fit easily into the mechanism. I have to shake it and hope that some peppercorns get caught in the gears. I will look for smaller peppercorns next time. When it works, it does produce lots of pepper in a consistent size.

Peugeot Daman u'Select Pepper Mill
I own several Peugeot pepper mills and find them to be an excellent product. When I read about the Daman u'Select, I had to have it. It is by far the best pepper mill I've ever owned. The accuracy of the different grinds in unbelievable and, I believe, this is the ULTIMATE pepper mill every one should have in their kitchen.

BEST PEPPER MILL EVER!
I purchased this pepper mill for my husband who enjoys freshly ground pepper. We have gone through many mills in the past just trying to find one that really did the job plus had some longevity to it. We've used several different brands and have tossed every one of them into the trash. But this pepper mill is amazing. The action of the grinder itself is so smooth and doesn't take a lot of effort. There are several settings from quite fine to very coarse and everything in between. The really big factor I'm so happy about is the ease of use as I have rheumatoid arthritis and twisting motions are difficult for me to perform. Since I do most of the cooking, I truly appreciate this item. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who cares for a quality pepper mill and one that will deliver as advertised. It's also attractive and looks good whether it's on an informally set table or one ready for heads of state! I'm grateful for this product and am satisfied with the price. I've paid more for a much inferior product. I believe anyone purchasing this item would not be disappointed. Thank you! DSF
