Great for common areas
Beautiful, easy to install. However, they are not private - they let in a lot of light and you can see outside. So they're great for the living room, not so much for a bedroom.

Good value for the price
I purchased two for my dining room windows. One of them was defective but I called CS and it was replaced without problem. The CS was wonderful and fast. It was easy to mount them and looks fine. I am happy with the purchase.

Shades are naturally beauiful
I love the look of these shades with the natural wood trim in my house. They are very well made; especially for the reasonable price. I bought another one also; lots of sizes available. They let just enough light in when they are down and give reasonable privacy; I have them in my living room. I would not use them in my bedroom, though. I love the varied colors of the slats.

Lots of semi-custom sizes to choose from. 3/4 the price on on-line window covering discounters. 1/4 the price of local custom order. Good heavy duty cord locks. Valances give finished look. You can shorten these of you need to. MAKE SURE YOU PUT A DAB OF GLUE ON EVERY PLACE THE STRINGS WEAVE THROUGHT THE REEDS ON YOUR CUTLINE BEFORE YOU CUT SO IT WILL NOT UNRAVEL WHILE YOU WORK ON IT. cut 3 inches longer than you need, fold up 2 folds and glue new "hem".

These blinds are excellent quality and the colors are beautiful!! I have looked all over town for bamboo shades and these are better than anything I have seen!! They also look great with curtains..I decided to replace all of my white blinds with these shades. They give the room an elegant/earthy feel!!
