For anyone that had dogs, and does their own grooming, this shower head is a must. My Basenji's stand still while I rinse them and there is less shaking the water off. I am very satisified. (It even works well for humans! It seems to be well put together and I installed it myself so you know it was an easy job. Great va;lue.

Overall, this product is good. Similar products cost much more in the home centers. The shower head is chrome over plastic. The water jets through numerous rubber nipples, which is good, since they should not hold hard water and get plugged up. The water stream is good. The hose is also plastic. It has a "chrome" and black spiral design in the plastic to make it look like an all-metal flexible tube. Another person noted that the shower head does not stay where you aim it. This is because that the receptacle that hold the head lacks a locking or gripping device, and the plastic hose causes the head to constantly move. I solved this issue by placing a short thick rubber band from broccoli (once) across the opening that hold the shower head. Place it over the shower head; thread it up the tube and apply it into the ¿jaw¿. So, you get what you pay for. It works, if you want to put up with its quirks.

The hose isn't as long as I would've liked it but it gets the job done and sprays nicely. I love that the little jets are all rubbery so you can just run your finger over them so that there isn't any mineral build up.

Really great price, but you get what you pay for. It's all plastic and the hose comes bent, and never really unbends. However, it does work, and for short term/interim use, it's a good deal and way to get a basic shower hose. I just don't think it will last very long.

I've had this showerhead almost a month and it works great. I have to admit, I had some trouble at first with water leaking out of the handle part. Perhaps I didn't wrap enough of the supplied Teflon tape. Solved it by using an additional rubber washer from my old shower head; now it works great. It has 3 settings which I didn't notice when I ordered it, so that was a nice surprise. Great deal for the price.

this is garbage. it is really light plastic. The shower head fell apart immediately. I am using the hose temporarily with my old head. This is just trash. I threw it away.

easy to install. The only problem is cord takes a long time to straighten out. It's been 3 months already and it's still twisted out of shape. Very good shower head.

have bought more expensive brands that did not work as well

I ordered two of these showerheads to temporarily replace our current ones that had worn out. I expected them to be very cheaply-made, but they are decent and I'll just stick with these until they wear out.

I found this product to perform as advertised. It arrived quickly. It was very easy to hook up. I am a person with limited mobility issues and the product helps a lot.Perfect price for a person on a limited budget.

Not really very good quality shower head but what I wanted is the hose portion. Mine broke and replacement prices for hand held shower hoses are ridiculus. Paid 1/2 the prices for 2 of these for less than the price of the hose. The hose protions are not great either but work fine and are a cheap replacement.

Great product for budget conscious buyers. If you are looking for a high end product, then I wouldn?t recommend buying it as it is made from plastic. I?ve had it for more than 4 months by now and it runs perfectly. I didn?t experience any problems with its holder not tight enough in order to stay aimed on its own.

Very cheaply made! Photographs very well, but very cheap and light weight plastic.

The shower set was easy to install and looks good. It has the 3 needed settings including a light spray, high pressure hard spray, and a mixture of the 2. As some others mentioned, it does not fit the holder tight enough to stay aimed on it's own. It is an easy fix. I put a small piece of duct tape around the bottom of the handle to make it thicker. It now slides in tight and stays aimed. We like it and would buy it again.

You can't beat the price. The directions were clear. It is all plastic...you get what you pay for. However I have paid way more for the same quality in similar shower heads that ended up being all plastic as well. this is just as good as they were and much cheaper.

The settings on this showerhead are really inadequate. There is no good "middle" setting which has just enough force. Furthermore, the plastic cracked almost immediately after we installed it, and in less that four months it broke completely. I would get off the few extra bucks to get something better (side note: it is about half the price now that I paid for it only four months ago. That can't be a good sign)

The shower head itself is okay, however, when we tried to assemble it, the plastic hose that came with the product was very flimsy and immediately broke on the test run. We had to use the metal hose from our previous shower head, and use it with this new shower head. We are pleased with the shower head, as it does easily adjust and have good water pressure.

the price is great any one can afford..was a great gift for the family...u can;t pick up one for this price no weres..but over stock.com..they have great deals..im happy with this :)

I was looking for a cheap, temporary replacement and this works ok for that. The hose is very stiff and has a mind of it's own...you just might get it in the face before you enter the shower. The adjustable spray is invigorating for the end of a shampoo.

This handheld shower head was a good value and easy to install.
