The only problem I have is with the comfort. The pillows are so full that they are very tight in the pillow case so they don't flatten out. I sleep on my side, so the fullness bothers my neck. I use it now to "cuddle" with because I have a bad shoulder and it seems to help with that.

Although I bought the firm pillow, It is too soft. When I lay my head on the pillow it simply caves in. Whatever happened to the feather pillows my Ma Ma had? They were old fashion chicken feathers,and theywere chuck full of feathers and were really firm.

These pillows feel comparable to the ones at the Marriott properties. They provide a wonderful night's sleep. We chose the medium firmness. You can't beat the price for these quality pillows.

I originally bought two of these for my husband, who is very picky about his pillows. It takes me months to find one he likes. He loved them and thought they were excellent. I grabbed one by mistake one night and he had to fight me to get it back. SO, I ordered one for myself. This is the best pillow I have every slept on and I've been to several high star hotels that have excellent bedding. I am a side and stomach sleeper and the firm is just right. This is the first pillow I haven't had to "scrunch up" to get a good night's sleep. Just lay your head down and drift off! Highly recommend to anyone wanting a premium pillow.

I ordered the firm king size pillow. I am not very picky about the kind of pillow I sleep on so long as its firm and holds its shape. Well so far I can say it fills the sham beautifully but that unfortunately that is the only positive thing I can report. The pillow is heavy and I would not consider it firm. My previous pillow is marked medium firmness and gives much more support as well as feels much more firm. When I put my head on this pillow it literally sinks to the bottom and feels too low. It has significant weight but no support. If you are looking for a firm pillow for support I would definitely discourage you from purchasing this pillow.

-----PROS--------definitely not lacking down fill- very firm, if that is what your are looking for-----CONS--------it is really "fat" and quite hard to stuff into the pillowcase with the center entry that comes with my duvet cover set- mine came with dark navy piping on the gusset - so it always shows through if you are using pale bedding. for this reason, I had to use it with two shams (to cover the piping on each side). Unfortunately, this is quite hard to do as it ALREADY barely fits them (I was using a queen set) - imagine the double layer!-----IN SUM-------I probably should have returned it but it was cheap enough, so I'll put it in the guestroom to provide a firm alternative (which it is). I am now trying with a set of two pillows from the same brand but with "medium" firmness, hoping that they are smaller and with matching piping. Fingers crossed.

First one was so good I got a second. Fantastic buy. I would recommend it to any one who is particular about their bedding. It really is a steal!

Finally eliminated the 5 or 6 pillows my husband needed for sleeping. Now he has the two firm king size of this style and seems to be just what he has needed. The gusset style keeps the pillows from going flat and they look substantial on the bed. Machine wash and dry makes these an economical choice.

After reviewing similar products in our area shops I decided to give Overstock a try. My decision was based on size, contents( weight and fill) and thread count verus cost of product including shipping. I received my pillows(2) within three days packed in individual boxes not rolled up and stuffed into a small package. After evaluating the pillows I am very satisfied with the quality of the product and service extended. I have recently purchased 2 other items from Overstock with the same satisfied results. I am a senior and consider myself a wise shopper.

I've tried many pillows, looking for the perfect combination of softness and support. I've tried fiberfill, memory foam, down, feathers....and none were ever quite right.This pillow is perfect. I bought the medium firmness because I'm a side/stomach sleeper. The pillow is wonderfully soft, but has enough firmness that it doesn't go flat as soon as I lay my head on it. It keeps its shape well, and I'm not having to bunch into a ball or constantly fuss with it all night long. I honestly think I'm sleeping better since I got it.The gusseting is a nice feature...keeps the pillow nice and plump.I hesitated to spend this much on a pillow, considering how many I've tried in the past, but I have to say, this turned out to be more than worth the price.

Over all the pillow is ok for the price. It is not as comfortable as I expected, not really soft. I need to fold it in half to sleep and I guess that is why it seems not so soft. All in all it is a heck of a lot better than what I had.

I know everybody has that "perfect" feeling pillow, and I was hoping to get this feeling of perfection from this purchase. After reading other reviews, I felt that the pillow would be softer than advertised, so I ordered the firm ...that was my mistake. It's a bit too firm for me. I should have ordered the medium for an even softer pillow...usually the reviews are very helpful, but in this case, the pillow seems, in fact, firm as advertised. That's why I gave it 5 stars...it's not my perfect pillow, but it is AS ADVERTISED---FIRM. I gave it to my husband. He likes it just fine!

Has just the right "squish" and the workmanship is excellent. For those who like a comfortable down pillow, this is a good buy.

I bought two pillows. One firm for me, because I sleep on my side and one medium, because my spouse sleeps on his back. As long as you fluff them each morning, they are very comfortable and soft. If you are picky about the pillow you sleep on, then these are great pillows.

These are beuatifully made down pillows at a great price. I purchased two of the medium density. They are a little softer than I like, but my fault - I should have gone for the firm.

I really LOVE this pillow. In fact, I like it so much, I have ordered three of them. One for my three years old granddaugher and two for me. The fabric is soft to the touch and I like the softness of the pillow itself.

Nice looking pillows with comfortable frabric, but next to no support. Overall, not bad for the price paid - but will not personally use due to lack of comfortable support while sleeping.

The reviews lead me to believe these pillows had a tendency to flatten so I ordered the medium. Big mistake! I tried them for a week and ended up with a stiff neck and headache. They now fill shams and do an excellent job at proping me up to read in bed. I think the soft would still be too firm for a side sleeper.
