An outstanding hard to find product. What is not mentioned in the description is that the bottoms of the pans come out like a spring form pan. When you make a quiche you can push from the bottom and remove your baked goods without breaking the crust or top. The food is then easily removed from the pan bottom with a spatula. If you make delicate quiche or tarts this is perfect.
