Nice Tart Pan This is a very sturdy tart pan and replaced an older one that wasn't as durable. My only advice is to lower your temperature by about 15 degrees since the dark metal conducts the heat very well--or you can just make sure you take the pastry out of the oven sooner than recommended by recipe so it doesn't burn.
