Cannot speak to ease of assembly because a workman assembled and installed it. Excellent price for this product. Looks wonderful in my bathroom. Only drawback is it retains water spots and needs frequent cleaning to maintain appearance.
This unit is actually more beautiful than what you see in the picture. I have Contractors in the house doing renovations and all of them have estimated the cost of this vanity many hundreds of dollars higher than the Overstock price. It arrived packaged very well and all of the parts were there. Unlike some of the other reviewers, I found the instructions to be straight forward and I was able to put it together in about twenty minutes. The only obstacle for me was the wall mounting brackets that requires two holes to be drilled into the wall (my walls are porcelain tiled and I needed to get a couple of masonry drill bits to complete the installation). After the holes were drilled, final installation was quick and easy! If you find that you do not have the necessary skill to install it yourself, hire a plumber to install it properly, I think it's worth it and would still be a good deal. Whatever you do, just buy it!

We give this pedestal vanity high marks for simple, eclectic design manufactured of stainless steel and glass. A very functional sink that makes a fashionable statement for the current bathroom scene. We just love it in our guest bathroom. Assembly is pretty much staight forward, but the directions are difficult to follow. A true bargain price from Overstock.com.

IT LOOKS AS BEAUTIFUL AS SHOWN, THE PROBLEM WAS A ADDITIONAL PLUMBING PART WAS NECESSARY TO MAKE THE FIT CORRECT ( COST OF PART $5.00) BESIDES THAT IT LOOKS AND WORKS GREAT.

I love the look of this sink BUT installing it has been a major project and we still haven't gotten it installed. The plumbing does not use the fittings we normally use on sinks and we have not been able to find what we need going from plumbing store to plumbing store! I wish somebody who installed this could offer help on how they installed it. Directions that come with it are useless. I still love the sink it is so cool!
